Naturopathic Physician & Midwife
Dr. Madeleine Portuondo is a Naturopathic Physician and Midwife. She was born in Miami, Florida and received her Bachelor of Science in Biology, Pre-Medicine at California State University. She graduated from National University of Natural Medicine in Portland, Oregon in 2006. She has been attending births since 2005. After graduating from NUNM she moved to Hawaii in 2007 where she practiced as an ND specializing in women’s health, pediatrics and childbirth as well as general family medicine. Since 2005 she has attended over 400 home births. In August 2016 she moved back to Portland, Oregon to practice with her longtime friends and colleagues from her training days at Vibrant Family Medicine. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, swimming, reading, gardening, creating art, and cooking whole foods.
