Naturopathic Care
As Naturopathic Doctors, we are trained in many modalities including nutrition, botanical medicine, homeopathy, physical medicine, and pharmaceuticals. Our goal is to get to know you and your family well to address your health care needs. We view your health through the unique naturopathic lens, blending modern medicine with age old remedies. Our treatment plans are personalized and comprehensive and we are able diagnoses and treat many ailments with an emphasis on prevention and supporting the body’s ability to heal.
We can support you through the trials of life including acute infections, hormone and endocrine system balance, emotional and behavioral health, digestion, autoimmune disorders, heart disease and chronic complaints.
Midwifery Care
As Naturopathic midwives, we are trained extensively in natural childbirth and provide you and your family with safe and effective full service midwifery care from pre-conception through delivery. Our approach is attentive and holistic in nature with the goal of safety and empowerment for mom and the growing family. Prenatal care begins with visits every 4 weeks until 28 weeks, every 2 weeks until 36 weeks, and weekly from 36 weeks until delivery. During your visit we will discuss your experiences, complaints, and concerns as well as relevant screenings and therapies. We are happy to completely manage your prenatal care for your intended home birth or act as adjunctive care for those birthing in the hospital setting.
Home Birth
We join your family at home during active labor and remain with you until several hours postpartum to ensure everyone is healthy and baby has transitioned happily. Our collective style is both conservative and supportive. We can help coach you through your labor, positional changes, and use gentle herbs and homeopathy to provide you with a strong foundation throughout labor. Births are attended where the woman is birthing and we can provide you with a birth tub rental should you desire a waterbirth.
Pediatric Medicine
As Naturopathic Doctors and midwives, we are truly unique in our model of continued care. After supporting you through your pregnancy and childbirth, we can then take a role in the newest member of your family’s pediatric health. Working with your children is one of our greatest joys and we regularly perform well baby and child exams. We can help with the common ailments of childhood such as ear infections and allergies as well as food intolerances and ADD/ADHD behavior.
Women’s Health
We can support you through your well woman needs including: annual exams, cervical cancer screenings, clinical breast exams, and well person visits. We treat women of all spectrums of life and can help you to address your concerns around PMS, irregular or painful periods, vaginal infections, endometriosis, birth control option, preconception counseling, osteoporosis, menopause and hormone balancing.
Cranial Sacral Therapy
Cranial Sacral Therapy is a gentle, hands on approach to the body in which gentle touch is utilized to facilitate the release of soft tissues along the central nervous system. It can be helpful to restore balance of the musculoskeletal and nervous systems, releasing tensions and making room for the body to heal. Receiving Cranial sacral therapy can help support varying complaints including headaches, fatigue, brain fog, TMJ, and chronic neck and back pain.
Comprehensive Allergy and Sensitivity Testing and Carroll Food Intolerance Dietary Evaluation
Confused about the influence of your diet on your wellbeing or what you may be reacting to? We can help determine the most appropriate path forward with our screening tools for allergies, sensitivities or intolerances.
Food sensitivities have been recognized to be correlated with many chronic health conditions. Sensitivity testing identifies IgG and IgA antibody responses to foods. Our comprehensive food panels include 96, 144, or 208 different common foods.
Food allergies can range in severity from very mild to life-threatening. Food allergy panels identify IgE mediated food allergies themselves. Serum specific IgE testing can include 27, 50, or 96 foods and can be ordered independently or bundled with IgG and IgA food panels.
Traditional naturopathic method assessing what foods are contributing to illness or toxemia of the body. Dr. O.G. Carroll, ND created the method as a tool to identify what foods are not well digested resulting in increased inflammation in the digestive tract leading to disease and dysfunction in the body. This is not the same as an allergy or sensitivity test, which evaluate antibody mediated immune reactions.

For those that are un-insured or out of network, we offer a time of service discount of $25.
